Overwrite them, if necessary. - innerhighlight.grf file is required, copy it to newgrf or content_download/newgrf folder (can be too in same folder as the executable, but not recommended) - Run the game, enter openttd.btpro.nl website info (Username and Password) in OpenTTD Intro menu (username and password are set separately by community). - Click in the "BTPro Login tool" ingame to login into your account automatically (available too under own nickname in Client List)
