"Competition is encouraged, but limited! You don't own cities but you CAN claim a factory, people can compete with you for any resources in a city BUT may NOT steal goods a factory produces with supplies from a competitor!"

what if two people deliver to the same factory? first come first serve?

yes. first one to supply is the owner.. i have already dealth with a couple guys having 1 train deliver 1 wagon to a factory and claim to be a suppliant.
