TOPIC: Proxy??

Hello,

I got a message saying I got banned because of a zombie botnet/proxy. There is no such thing going on with me, I was playing Portal 2 before... Can I ask for some help/explanation?

I understand you are having difficulties. May I ask you to update my status asap?

Hi, you were banned when we were experiencing server difficulties.
You will get an update when we have more information on your ban.
