In almost all cities, from which he wants to collect passengers and mail, he uses a road station layout as shown in the screenshot. I tried to contact him several times via ingame chat - but no respose.

You can place a sign with text " admin' netxt to a station or start a acht with "!admin ..."
If one of us is available at the time, we notice it and we can take actions. If no admin responds, then unfortunatly all you can do is accept and game on.
