TOPIC: A Change that's almost a Changelog

Well, title says almost all - small game adjustments that most players won't notice, but that I consider important because some are related to "#K1 - EXTREME - 15BIL" and "#7 - STEAM HARD GOAL - 25MIL". So, let me tell what was changed:
- Server #K1 (#17):: Add of "basecosts.grf", to make airports/planes more expensive (x4) on maintenance and running costs;
- Server #7 (#7):: Add of "basecosts.grf" (no cost changes, just for the newgrf, for now ^^) and "pampc1.5.grf" (increasing passengers and mail payment to 120%);

Suggestions always welcome

Enjoy the games
