TOPIC: Hotkeys

Some hotkeys are not working since I switch to citymania-client-14.1-windows-win64.
Correct me if I'm wrong: I need to modify C:\Users\Vitalii\Documents\OpenTTD\hotkeys.cfg for making changes to hotkeys.
In hotkeys.cfg I have
[depot_gui]
depot_go_all = CTRL+F
depot_build_vehicle = R
depot_clone_vehicle = CTRL+Z
When I press CTRL+Z nothing happens.
With this setting:
polyrail = CTRL+5,GLOBAL+SHIFT+A,GLOBAL+CTRL+A
I have CTRL+A working but SHIFT+A not working.

Hi Shinrei,

I think that this subject is better suited on the official openttd forum:

Openttd.org

The source has been altered for the Citymania client, but I think that hotkeys hasn’t been touched…
Don’t know for sure, but still, try the openttd.org forum for your question plz

Thanks

Openttd.org is silent as a fish. So I decided to solve this on my own.
It appeared that hotkeys.cfg contain duplicate rows, like:
polyrail and cm_polyrail
polyrail has no effect, while cm_polyrail is active.
And there are duplicate sections, like [depot_gui] and [cm_depot_view]. So, the user have to rely on trail and error when editing hotkeys.cfg.
