TOPIC: Qualifier Round A Information

*** News Update: 25/07/2013 ***

Thank you all so far for your interest in the tournament so far. I am ready to announce that Qualifier Round A will take place on

Friday 2nd August in the evening at 19:00 (7PM) British time (GMT+1).

This will be a Desert CityBuilder game of a population goal of 30,000. The map size will be 2048 x 2048 in order to accomdate everyone and to ensure you all have the best chances of winning

The game will last 15 ingame years (which is just over 3 hours in real time) and at the end of those 15 years or if the goal has been reached, the TOP 3 players in terms of goal progress will be declared winners. These winners will form the very first BTPro Tournament team to take part in the intercommunity.

Please will everyone who is interested in playing in this Qualifier round be available from 18:30 BST (currently GMT+1) and be present on the BTPro IRC chat channel before hand. That way I know how many definite people are playing and can adjust the max company limit accordingly (Max players that can take part in this Qualifier is 15). The game itself will start no later than 19:15 BST, so please do not be too late.

Our IRC channel information can be found in the "Contact Us" tab on the top menu bar. If you do not have a IRC client you can use the link found on that tab or click this link here to join our chat channel.

I very much look forward to seeing you all on Friday the 2nd of August!

Either day is good for me

Both days works for me.

Tuesday and thursday nights i'm unavailable until 23:30 local time (22:30 UK time). Will there be qualifiers on other nights as well?

Well I'll be away come Friday so the only other day will be monday unless we have the Qualifier round take place the following week. I shall update that it for the following week in fact

Edit: There is now a poll at the top of this page. Please pick a date that you most prefer and we'll see how many people pick for a certain day. Then I can pick the most preferred. Remember all times at still 19:00 BST (GMT+1)

Can't you put a vote in where you can chose multiple options?
Because I'm available on more than 1 of those times and I think the best way to see who's available when, is if everybody can pick multiple options.
