TOPIC: Can't connect to server

Can't connect to server 11 years 3 months ago #4465

I haven't been around for some time. Now I compiled the latest BTPro client from the sources I downloaded here ( openttd.btpro.nl/OpenTTD_versions/BTPro_...1_C_15102_SOURCE.zip ) but I can't connect to the server - "The revision of this client does not match the server's revision"

after reading some suggestions about GPL2, correct way is to provide entire source used to compile each provided binaries - and it's this one . Since providing diff files/code changes is globaly accepted, but not enough.

Anyway, I'll add a link to the a real diff/patch file .

hope it works now :)
