TOPIC: New CityBuilder Servers!!!!

I am proud to announce the addition of two new citybuilder servers. These two new ones go to complete our sets for temperate and desert landscapes.

This means temperate and desert now each have a 4,000, 8,000 and a 25,000 population goal for people wishing to play fast to long games against the heated competition out there!
