TOPIC: Help with water

Help with water 13 years 1 month ago #2128

I have played two games now where I've needed water to grow the town, but I can't get a water tower in the town to accept it...can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

hello :)

1st and the nest hint is: claim a town already with a water tower;
2nd: make cash to fund a water tower in town - must be placed in a existent building

hope it helps; enjoy the games :)
