TOPIC: Very hard sub-arctic, randomized parameters

Hi!

I have been playing around your amazing servers lately and it occurred to me that you do not have a 1BIL sub-arctic server. Is there a specific reason for preferring sub-t over sub-a terrain? I'd love to play a wintery game.

Also, I thought starting year, max loan, town size multipliers and other things could vary from start to start. I.e. a game on the 1 Bil desert game started in 1975 once, but after restart it started in 1945.

How about these? Hope you find my suggestions considerable, and I aplogize if they were discussed previously.

I'd definately LOVE a Sub-Arctic SHORT & LONG goal server, not just the sub-tropical and temperate ones!
