Server Version 1.2? 14 years 7 months ago #524

Hi there! When are you planning to switch to 1.2? As there is not down-compatibility those who upgrade are not able to play on the servers anymore. Best regards Chris	CISC, LLC. Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 3 Thank you received: 0

Best regards

when it's a stable release?

the release on openttd.org now is a RC, not a stable release

hence it would be dumb to upgrade

A release candidate (RC) is a beta version with potential to be a final product, which is ready to release unless significant bugs emerge. In this stage of product stabilization, all product features have been designed, coded and tested through one or more beta cycles with no known showstopper-class bug.
